Refund Policies

Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.

House Baseball & Softball

Refund policy by date: Before Feb. 1 - 100% Refund After Feb 1 but before March 1 - 50% Refund After March 1 - 0 % Refund Parents need to understand to provide a quality experience for our players we are building even teams, ordering jerseys, acquiring managers to keep roster sizes manageable, etc. and late drops can undermine all these efforts for the remainder of the season. As such all sign ups and placements are made in good faith that your player will stay throughout the season. No refunds are given after dates listed above for House offerings.

*ALL TRAVEL FEES ARE 100% NON-REFUNDABLE DUE TO PLAYER PLACEMENT AND UPRONT COSTS.** PAY ONLINE IN FULL: Submit total fees (non-refundable) online today upon conclusion of this registration session. PAYMENT PLAN: Fees are divided into 2 installments with the first installment (non-refundable) to be collected online today upon conclusion of this registration session. The remaining balance will be automatically debited from the SAME ACCOUNT on May 1, 2025.
