Scholarship Application

The Mundelein Baseball and Softball Association is pleased to offer hardship scholarships to those families facing financial difficulties. Our program requires prospective members to fill out an application and participate in community service work during the season at our facilities.  

The number of hardship scholarships given each season varies and previous recipients are not automatically granted re-approval. An application must be filled out for each season. There are no hardship scholarships for travel baseball, travel softball or the high school baseball feeder program.  

Please use the application below to apply for a hardship scholarship. Your completed application must be received by March 1st. Any application not received in writing, any incomplete application, or any application received after the deadline will not be considered.
